Return Policy
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products; All Sales Are Final! We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with all products created.  Please email customer service shoptrubeauti@gmail.com or call 202-577-2193 . 

Shipping Damages

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility.  Claims will be filed with the delivering carrier upon notification from customer.  Please ensure to include all pertinent information along with pictures in order for us to submit the proper Insurance Claim.  Once this claim has been filed, then we'll ship a replacement order.  

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the tracking indicates the package was delivered, we can only reship an order once we've received written verification from customer that the order has been lost or stolen.  Please also contact your mail carrier to ensure it wasn't delivered to the incorrect address.  

Shipping number

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail service and will arrive within  1-3 business days. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable

A tracking number will be provided upon the date that your order is shipped out.
